Returns

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused during shipping, please contact us at support@positype.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect or damage.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, as each item is custom-made to order. If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to find a resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
Since our products are custom-printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or refunds for reasons such as sizing issues, preference changes, or incorrect orders made by the customer. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
